1917
RF Influemzae | 1917 to 2017
1917 was a vintage year of the Poulson Arc
The method of generating continuous electric waves by means of a light arc was invented by the Danish engineer Valdemar Poulsen (1869 - 1942) in 1902 as a modification of Willian Duddell's "singing arc" from 1900.
The Poulsen arc (converter) was a type of spark transmitter used in early wireless telegraphy.
The arc converter used an electric arc to convert direct current electricity into radio frequency alternating current. It was used as a radio transmitter from 1903 until the 1920s when it was replaced by vacuum tube transmitters.
It is one of the first transmitters to generate continuous sinusoidal waves; one of the first technologies used to transmit sound (amplitude modulation) by radio.
Development of Poulsen Wireless Telegraphy
Hertha Aryton1 originally stated that the hissing of arc lamps had to do with reactions with oxygen in the air. Following this lead, Poulsen applied his arc lamp near a โspirit-vaporโ machine that emitted gaseous hydrogen.ย
This โate upโ the oxygen which made the signal more constant which caused the amplifier to work better especially at higher frequencies. Furthermore, if the oscillations were too fast, the capacitor would spark and glow.ย
By applying an electromagnet in all sorts of configurations, eventually Poulsen discovered that if he placed a magnetic field over the gap in the arc lamp, he could successfully create very high frequencies.ย
This magnetic field would stop most of the direct current from flowing between the two carbon rods but not the high frequency alternating current. Thus, with just a magnet and a vapour lamp - this simple and crude radio transmitter was basically at a constant frequency, refined further with a copper-carbon arc.
Lastly, by rotating the carbon electrode this helps produce a steady wireless transmission allowing multiple signals at different frequencies to b transmitted simultaneously.
Cyril Frank Elwell (1884- 1963), a Stanford student convinced the inventor to license his patents in the United States, stipulating that such inventions could not be handed over to existing telegraph companies for feat of throttling the potential of wireless telegraphy in its infancy.
Elwell enlisted the aid of several Stanford University professors who understood the scientific possibilities of the Poulsen system. He went to Europe and spent several months there involved in experimental wireless work with the inventor.
The young Stanford graduate engineer, then returned to the United States, formed the "Poulsen Wireless Corporation of Arizona" in 1909, at 48th Avenue Ocean Beach, SF and, later, the Federal Telegraph Company which played a pivotal role in the development of 20th century radio communications.
The Federal Telegraph Company 2, became the first major high-technology firm, and received its first contract from the U.S. Navy in 1913. This helped contribute to America's electronics industry, Silicon valley and military-industrial complex for more than a half century later.
During World War One, the U.S. Navy purchased Federal Telegraph, but after the end of the war a displeased U.S. Congress ordered the Navy to return the company to its original owners
In 1917
1127 men of Signal corps, Camp Funston training in wireless transmission, all developed influenza; loss of smell, taste, fever, aches, fatigue, dry cough, diarrhoea, stroke, fizzing burning sensation on skin
US Navy ships were installed with powerful 30-kilowatt Poulson arcs3, that sprayed the air with "unwanted harmonics" not used prior to WWI, followed by 500-kW and 200-kW alternators for command-and-control (C2) transmission across the Atlantic Ocean, thus better to provide a signal that was "clearly, continuously and reliably" heard over a large part of the earth.
Today, we have the same technologies installed thru the wireless DECT home phones (of a lesser wattage but of the same continuos ongoing nature)
The Spanish that reported on the 1918 influenza4, that spread across ONLY US Navy ships, US seaports and Naval stations thus became known as the Spanish Influenza
The rest was a pharma-military match made in heaven on earth under the auspices of NIH, and American technology advances in โmass electronic scaffoldingโ, culminating in the DOJ prosecution of Harvard University chemistry chair Charles Lieber5, whose work has transformed nanoscience and nanotechnology.
RF Influenzae 2.0 | 2017 - 2023
Thus, 100 years later we have a perfected form of RF influenzae thru an admixture of self assembling synbio, pulsed heating of the ionosphere, and interference of the natural plasma wave generation at the natural Earth resonance that humans have traditionally adapted to since 12,500 BCE
Human bioelectrophysiology is finely attuned and evolved towards Ultra Weak, Very Low Frequency (UVLF) signals, as a form of non-linear equilibrium which are transmitted at superconductive (instantaneous) propagation thru longitudinal standing waves.
ie Imagine packets of information that are continuously broadcast which does not require any energy. This signal, starting at the level of thought thus only IN FORMs, when transitioning form one phase of non matter into matter
This is experienced and manifested as thoughts, in forming into matter reality. Very simply, this is how atomic matter reality forms, informs and continuously recreates itself in a non linear manner
The Earth Ionosphere & Plasma
The local SOL, known as Helios or simply the Sun provides raw plasma and radiant matter for all forms of plasma life. 99.99% of all known matter is essentially plasmic in Nature.
Or to phrase it uniquely, atomic physical matter appears to be an abnormal, rarity of 0.01%. That which we call Life, gross matter, inorganic minerals, plat life, animals, even the dirty plates and cups or that fudamental basis of orgsnic life - water.
All of it is an abnormality.
Anywaysโฆ
one can simply consider it, and ponder on such.
The ionosphere both distills and connects the raw plasmic medium from both cosmic dust & the Sun.
This rarefied plasma, is further distilled by the nearby friendly Moon, the the Kordylewski clouds6 (KDCs), which are migratory concentrations of plasma dust crystals that exist at the Lโ and Lโ
Lagrangian points of the EarthโMoon system from which plasmoids, and human bioplasma is derived.
In 2018, Balogh simulated the dynamical distribution of the KDCs in the spatial four-body model composed of the Sun, the Earth, the Moon, and the dust particle.
Their simulated distribution satisfactorily agrees with their observations, which gives a firm support to the opinion that the KDCs are a time- and space-varying population. In 2019, Salnikova and Stepanowa stated that the simulated results of their theoretical model agree with the observations.
Due to this finding, they are strongly in favor of the opinion that KDCs are time- and space-varying
ie KDCs are migratory space-time varying plasma dusky clouds that exhibit all the necessary pre requisites of sentient life
The human bioplasma 7, that encapsulates the bioelectro-magnetic fields is essential for balancing the Earth telluric magnetic currents at the electrophysiological level.
This occurs via the 60 beats per minute heart beat, and 6Hz Theta brain wave (dreaming, lucid dreaming, out-of-body traverse) which corresponds to the oscillation of diurnal lightning discharges (more during sunlit daytime than night) between the ionosphere and Earth ground (Schumann resonance of 7Hz).
I.e When one is reconnected with the plasmic self, that is itself connected to the Earth and Moon plasma clouds, then one experiences a synchronous flow state - synchronicities abound, thoughts and matter materializes and manifest with amplified effect. A responsible being, would thus marvel and take care of ones thoughts & actions within such a state of beingness.
The human bio-electomagnetic-plasmic physiology has been investigated for the past 60-80 years although this is better known as the balancing masculine & feminine internal energy Qi that has been in continuous practise for more than 6000 years by Daoist & initiates of of Western & Eastern scholars and initiates, later given different nomenclature such as Vital Energy, VRIL, orgasmic energy (ORGONE).
It was first extensively investigated, research, and written about in 1970 whereby the physical principles and experimental methods of investigation of the Biological Action of Electromagnetic Fields was documented by USSR.
This would become the foundation for the 2017-2019 Crimson Contagion pre planning & subsequent EVENT 201 rollout and field test of medical countermeasures prior to the 2030 - 2045 plan for 500 million.
Original Research Into EMFs & Biological Life
In 1970, a seminal classic Electromagnetic Fields and Life, by A. S. Presman | Department of Biophysics, Moscow University, Moscow, USS was written and meticulously translated by Frank A. Brown (Morrison Professor of Biology), Northwestern University, USA | SBN: 9781475706376
It laid the groundwork for a plasmic basis for all life in the known universe, and electrical beings.
For humanity appears to encompass both elements of plasmoids vs electricity whilst encased within a physical flesh and bone. Understanding EMFs and the biological basis for such, therefore appears to be one of the key pillars towards living a more natural way of harmonious existence amidst an ionised sky.
The author of this monograph, A. S. Presman, has reviewed not only the extensive Russian literatur!;" but also al most equally comprehensively the non-Russian literature, dealing with biological influences of these fields. T
Treated also is literature shedding some light on possible theoretical foundations for these phenomena.
A substantial, rapidly increasing number of studies in many laboratories and countries has now clearly established biological influences which are independent of the theoretically predictable, simple thermal effects.
Indeed many of the effects are produced by field strengths very close to those within the natural environment.
The author has, even more importantly, set forth a novel, imaginative general hypothesis in which it is postulated that such electromagnetic fields normally serve as conveyors of information from the environment to the organism, within the organism, and among organisms.
He postulates that in the course of evolution or ganisms have come to employ these fields in conjunction with the well-known sensory, nervous, and endocrine systems in effecting coordination and integration."
NavCommStaWashingtonDC(T), 8 was a Very Low Frequency (VLF) and High Frequency (HF) transmitter station operated by the United States Navy 1918.
On August 6, 1918, "High Powered Radio (T) Station, Annapolis," was commissioned using the two 350 kW Poulsen arc converter VLF transmitters.
By October of 1918, the station was on-the-air using VLF transmissions
Originally the station consisted of nine 600-foot-tall self-supporting lattice towers, the tallest of their kind built in the United States to that date. The first four of which were built in 1918, followed by two more in 1922 and the final three in 1938. As of 2020, only the three built in 1938 remaining standing.

Herta Aryton
William Ayrton was conducting experiments on the physics of arc lamps as he wondered why they would sputter and hiss.
Hertha Ayrthon, then took over the research and quickly produced twelve papers in The Electrician on the Physics properties of arc lamps.ย
She became the first woman to give a talk at the Institution of Electrical Engineers and bacame their first female member.ย [She was nominated as a fellow of the Royal Society but this was rejected; the Law deemed a married woman to be the property of her husband, and property could not be a fellow!]ย
Herta determined (among many other things) that arc lamps hiss because of the oxygen in the air.ย Furthermore, for certain arcs - increasing the voltage actually decreased the current.ย
โHad [we] lived in the Middle ages we should undoubtedly have been burned in the solid carbon arc.โย - William Ayrton
William Ayrton had a graduate student named William Duddell who also began study arc lamps.ย
He felt that Hertha had left him a window of opportunity, with which to study what occured to arc lamps when there was a rapid change in the current.
Whilst tinkering with changing the current across an arc lamp, he added a condenser (capacitor) next to the lamp powered by a battery.ย To his surprise, the system, which was powered by direct current, created alternating current, which made the whole system ring musically.ย
Here then was a puzzle โ a direct-current solid arcโฆ became intermittent and gave out a musical note on simply shunting the arc with a condenser.
- William Duddellย
When Duddell straightened the lead wires, the resonant musical notes disappeared. However, `when the wires were put thru a coil โthe sound was greatly magnified.โย
Duddell then realized that the capacitor and the coil oscillated, and the arc lamp first started and then amplified the signal.
Federal Telegraph
The early history of Silicon Valley is incomplete unless it is framed within the context of American foreign policy.
The Federal Telegraph Company, the region's first major high-technology firm, received its first contract from the U.S. Navy in 1913. Its subsequent success relied not only on navy contracts but also on State Department support and access to Bureau of Standards technology. The company's contributions to America's military-industrial complex began a pattern that would fuel the region's development and growth for more than a half century
For well before World War II, the region that later became known as Silicon Valley had already entered Americaโs modern military-industrial complex on the ground floor as a source of communications technology.
Without reliable, large-scale demand, American wireless (radio) development at the turn of the twentieth century might have remained in the hands of amateur inventors and academics.
The federal government provided such demand.

Radio Telegraphy | "The Arc Method of Producing Continuous Waves"
William Du Bois Duddell discovered that a current arc between two electrodes, shunted by a circuit containing a capacitance and inductance would establish an oscillating circuit. The value of the capacitance and inductance determines the frequency of oscillation.
Poulsen said that radio waves that were produced prior (by Duddell) were akin to โthe sound waves produced by a pistol shotโ whilst his continuous waves were more like โthe waves of sound produced by a tuning forkโ.
The Poulsen system is based on this phenomenon.
An arc follows a characteristic, which is the inverse of Ohm's law in that when the current of the arc is increased, the voltage across the electrodes decreases. This characteristic is often called negative resistance.
The potential difference between the arc electrodes will increase, putting the capacitor at an even higher voltage. Once the capacitor reaches full charge the arc current will reverse to discharge the capacitor back into the arc.
As the current into the arc increases, the potential difference will fall and the voltage across the capacitor will also fall to a point, which it will begin to charge again. If the circuit resistance is small enough, this process will continue as an oscillation.
Duddell found that it was necessary to use a minimum of 1 microfarad of capacitance to obtain oscillations of considerable energy. With this large capacitance, it was not possible to reach high enough frequencies for transmission of Radio-telegraphy.
With each cycle, the arc is extinguished for a portion of the cycle. Residual ions in the atmosphere around the arc caused this period of extinguished arc to be erratic to the time of re-ignition.
This resulted in a phase "jitter," which impaired its ability to operate at high frequencies.
Poulsen realized that in order to eliminate this "jitter," the ions needed to be swept away. A strong concentrated magnetic field would accomplish this. The addition of hydrogen molecules, which were the most mobile, made this "sweeping away" more effective, hence, maintaining a steady phase in the signal.
With the added hydrogen atmosphere and transverse magnetic field, it became possible to use a smaller capacitor, resulting in oscillation at frequencies high enough to be useful for Radio-Telegraphy, maintaining high power at the same time.

Excerpts
โ..President Wilson abandoned neutrality, and in April 1917 asked Congress for a declaration of war.โ
The U.S. economy was already booming as farmers and manufacturers shipped foodstuffs and military supplies to the belligerent nations. Now the United States would also generate its own military force that would help overwhelm the enemy and bring about the armistice of November 11, 1918.
Congress quickly established a draft, and more than 4,600 Selective Service draft boards screened 10 million men to find the strongest and most fit soldiers and sailors. The military grew from just 378,000 strong in April 1917 to more than 4.7 million by war's end, with an Army of 4.1 million and a Navy of 600,000.
Seventy-two percent of enlisted forces were inducted, and the military population reflected the country's ethnically diverse and racially segregated society. An estimated 20% of Army draftees were foreign-born and the troops spoke at least 46 languages, some 5,700 were Mexican aliens, and 12,500 were American Indians.(p. 367-409)
More than 400,000 African Americans served in the Army, some in two black combat divisions but most in labor battalions. The Navy employed only 5,300 black sailors, confining them to positions as cooks and stewards

Harvard University Professor and Two Chinese Nationals Charged in Three Separate China Related Cases
Tuesday, January 28, 2020
Office of Public Affairs
The Department of Justice announced today that the Chair of Harvard Universityโs Chemistry and Chemical Biology Department and two Chinese nationals have been charged in connection with aiding the Peopleโs Republic of China.
Dr. Charles Lieber, 60, Chair of the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology at Harvard University, was arrested this morning and charged by criminal complaint with one count of making a materially false, fictitious and fraudulent statement. Lieber will appear this afternoon before Magistrate Judge Marianne B. Bowler in federal court in Boston, Massachusetts.
Yanqing Ye, 29, a Chinese national, was charged in an indictment today with one count each of visa fraud, making false statements, acting as an agent of a foreign government and conspiracy. Ye is currently in China.
Zaosong Zheng, 30, a Chinese national, was arrested on Dec. 10, 2019, at Bostonโs Logan International Airport and charged by criminal complaint with attempting to smuggle 21 vials of biological research to China. On Jan. 21, 2020, Zheng was indicted on one count of smuggling goods from the United States and one count of making false, fictitious or fraudulent statements. He has been detained since Dec. 30, 2019.
Dr. Charles Lieber
According to court documents, since 2008, Dr. Lieber who has served as the Principal Investigator of the Lieber Research Group at Harvard University, which specialized in the area of nanoscience, has received more than $15,000,000 in grant funding from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and Department of Defense (DOD). These grants require the disclosure of significant foreign financial conflicts of interest, including financial support from foreign governments or foreign entities. Unbeknownst to Harvard University beginning in 2011, Lieber became a โStrategic Scientistโ at Wuhan University of Technology (WUT) in China and was a contractual participant in Chinaโs Thousand Talents Plan from in or about 2012 to 2017. Chinaโs Thousand Talents Plan is one of the most prominent Chinese Talent recruit plans that are designed to attract, recruit, and cultivate high-level scientific talent in furtherance of Chinaโs scientific development, economic prosperity and national security. These talent programs seek to lure Chinese overseas talent and foreign experts to bring their knowledge and experience to China and reward individuals for stealing proprietary information. Under the terms of Lieberโs three-year Thousand Talents contract, WUT paid Lieber $50,000 USD per month, living expenses of up to 1,000,000 Chinese Yuan (approximately $158,000 USD at the time) and awarded him more than $1.5 million to establish a research lab at WUT. In return, Lieber was obligated to work for WUT โnot less than nine months a yearโ by โdeclaring international cooperation projects, cultivating young teachers and Ph.D. students, organizing international conference[s], applying for patents and publishing articles in the name ofโ WUT.
The complaint alleges that in 2018 and 2019, Lieber lied about his involvement in the Thousand Talents Plan and affiliation with WUT.
On or about, April 24, 2018, during an interview with investigators, Lieber stated that he was never asked to participate in the Thousand Talents Program, but he โwasnโt sureโ how China categorized him.
In November 2018, NIH inquired of Harvard whether Lieber had failed to disclose his then-suspected relationship with WUT and Chinaโs Thousand Talents Plan.
Lieber caused Harvard to falsely tell NIH that Lieber โhad no formal association with WUTโ after 2012, that โWUT continued to falsely exaggerateโ his involvement with WUT in subsequent years, and that Lieber โis not and has never been a participant inโ Chinaโs Thousand Talents Plan.
Kordylewski Dusky Clouds | KDCs
Ground and space observations, along with some theoretical analysis indicate that the KDCs are currently a dynamical balance of dust particles
Their structure may change with both the space and the time. Such a time- and space-varying structure may explain the fact that observations of the KDCs can be hardly repeated by ground stations. This also challenges the space-based observations. How to choose the right time and the right position to encounter the KDCs is a key problem to the space-based detection missions.
In 1772, the French Mathematician Joseph Louis Lagrange pointed out the five special invariant relative configurations (also known as the central configuration) of the general three-body problem.
The reduced case of the general three-body problem, where two massive bodies revolve with each other in circular orbits and the third body is assumed massless, is called the circular restricted three-body problem (CRTBP).
The three collinear and the two equilateral central configurations of the general three-body problem are now reduced to three collinear libration points L1, L2, and L3 and the two triangular libration points L4 and L5 in the CRTBP, respectively. In the CRTBP model of the Earth-Moon system, the two triangular libration points (hereafter, we refer them as EML4 and EML5) are stable, and dust particles may be gravitationally trapped around them to form the KDCs.
Due to this finding, they are strongly in favor of the opinion that KDCs are time- and space-varying
ie KDCs are migratory space-time varying plasma dusky clouds that exhibit all the necessary pre requisites of sentient life
Human Bioplasma
Electromagnetic energy fields, which include energies in the ranges of microwaves, radio-frequencies, the visible light spectrum, ELF and even acoustic frequencies, have been shown to profoundly impact every facet of biological regulation. Specific frequencies and patterns of electromagnetic radiation regulate: cell division; gene regulation; DNA, RNA and protein syntheses; protein conformation and function; morphogenesis; bone growth, regeneration; and nerve conduction and growth.
We (humans) are primarily energetic and informational (formerly celestial) beings with field dependent chemical reactions (ie spirit within flesh and matter vehicles called the chemical body aka Sons of Man - androgynous, meaning both masculine and feminine aspects).
Typically, the conventional treatment of biological effects of EM fields is restricted to ionizing radiation and membrane potentials.
Biophotonics is a rapidly increasing field of current scientific research and applications, based on the discovery of biophotons, a permanent, weak photon current emanating from all living systems. The biophoton emission reflects some, if not all, of the essential biological and physiological activities in biological systems. Energy and information can move about the body through other means than nerve transmission and hormonal regulation via quantum coherence.
Biophotonics provides a powerful tool for investigating these electromagnetic interactions. The theoretical approach requires holistic models of living systems, rather than local analytical models. Consequently, these new insights into living matter create a new basis of "integrative biophysics" that is concerned with the questions of EM regulation, communication and organization of biological systems.

Early US Navy transmissions involved broadcasting with continuous morse code signals.
This "daisy chain" involved a paper tape for continuous Morse keying without a human operator when the operator had no message to send or needed a restroom break between messages. There was no simple option to turn the transmitter off since the transmitter may have been needed by ships for DF [Direction Finding]
The "V" sequence was just an attention grabber. "DE" = "from" and "NSS" is the call sign.
In modern times, the US Navy transmits messages using a cypher which makes the bit string indistinguishable, statistically, from white noise. When there is no message to be sent, a non-repetitive dummy "message" is sent which is also white noise. This is to prevent (or make difficult!) code breaking.
Thus nothing like a "daisy chain" is transmitted any more since it would provide a little bit of info to code breakers.
